At Butterflies Beading, each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. This policy explains how we ship orders within the United States and how returns, refunds, and store credit are handled when eligible.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We currently ship to valid street addresses within the United States only. International shipping, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are not supported at this time.
Free Standard Shipping
Orders $100+
Eligible U.S. orders of $100 or more include free Standard Shipping. Economy and Urgent shipping upgrades, if available, may still have a fee shown at checkout.

Processing, Delivery & Tracking
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and payment is submitted.
Shipment Notification
When your order ships, we email a shipment confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order jewelry may require additional production time. Estimated timelines are confirmed after you submit your request.
Return Window
14 Day Return Window
Non-custom, unworn, and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition.
Return Review Process
We reserve the right to inspect all returned merchandise before determining eligibility for store credit. Returns must be received first and inspected before approval is determined.
Store Credit
Inspection & Store Credit Review
Approved returns are eligible for store credit after inspection and approval.
Not Automatic
Store credit is not issued automatically and is not refunded to the original payment method.
Digital Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are delivered by email to the recipient and are final sale. They are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once issued, except as required by law or as described in our eGift Card Terms.
Custom Orders & Personalized Items
Final Sale
Custom-made or personalized items including engraved pieces, custom sizes, and color choices are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Proof Required
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
Contact Us
Email us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. If eligible, we will send return instructions and the shipping address.
Item Inspected
After your return arrives, our team inspects the item to confirm eligibility.
Return Approved
If your return meets our policy requirements after inspection, your return is approved.
Store Credit Issued
Once approved, store credit will be issued to your account.
Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
